The Residence
Residence located on ISEC’s campus with 25 studios. Each studio is fully furnished and equipped, featuring a single bed, study area, storage, kitchenette, and a private bathroom.
Social Area
Residents have access to a large shared social area, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry facilities, and a WC.
Monthly rent
Prices start from €520, which includes: bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi and utilities, weekly cleaning of common areas, and a 24/7 support and prevention team.
Booking
To reserve a room, payment of one monthly rent is required. Before check-in, the security deposit (€500 per person) and an additional monthly rent must be paid.

Lumiar is one of Lisbon’s most populated areas and is currently undergoing several urban improvements. It is located north of Campo Grande, following the main axis of Avenida da Liberdade, Marquês de Pombal, Saldanha, and Avenida da República.
