Residence Features:

Air Conditioning and small fridge in all rooms. Each user has a personal desk and wardrobe (in-room). Access 24hr to a multi-purpose room (exclusive to residence users) with Cable TV. A shared kitchenette is available to prepare light meals (equipped with microwave and refrigerator and induction cookers).
Parking is available with an extra cost of 10 € (monthly)

Rates

All rates are per person and include accomodation, water, electricity, High-speed Internet (RJ45 port), Exclusive Wi-Fi for residence users (only in the residence area but a Campus Wi-Fi network is also available), VAT, weekly room cleaning with exchange of bed linen and towels, and daily cleaning of the common areas (except weekends and holidays).
